The RAPC is responsible for overseeing financial matters, the annual Authority budget, performance monitoring, HR and other resources and audit functions and often considers reports on key issues before reporting on these to the Authority. The format of the virtual meeting will be similar to the meetings held in our Council Chamber with officers presenting the reports and members then debating the issues before reaching a decision.
