Nearly 750 would-be volunteers met with more than 50 organisations at the free-to-attend New Forest National Park Volunteer Fair in Brockenhurst on 25 January 2026.

The annual event has welcomed more than 5,700 people throughout its decade-and-a-half-long history and is an opportunity for people to meet likeminded individuals from across the National Park and its surrounding areas.

With offers to suit all ages, interests, and abilities – from active tasks like improving footpaths and heathland restoration to home-based roles including archiving and social media – the New Forest National Park Volunteer Fair brings together stalls, information, and friendly faces to help people find their next voluntary opportunity.
