Summary
This meeting did not go ahead due to the Coronavirus measures.
During the current public health situation and pending the Regulations to be made under section 78 of the Coronavirus Act 2020 to allow remote meetings, any urgent decisions that would have been made by the Authority may be taken by the Chief Executive in consultation with the Chairman, in accordance with the Authority’s Scheme of Delegations. The Chief Executive exercises this power having sought views from the NPA’s members and senior officers.
