Dear Consultative Panel member,

As you will know, the New Forest National Park Authority (NPA) provides administrative support to the Consultative Panel, including arranging its meetings, distributing papers, arranging events for members, etc. In order to provide this support the NPA needs to hold your contact information.

How we will hold and use your information

While we hold your information we will hold it securely and will not share it with third parties, unless it is necessary to share it in the event of a serious incident. If such an event occurs we will if necessary pass this information to the emergency services and potentially to other bodies such as the Health and Safety Executive or our insurers.

We will hold your personal information for as long as you are a member of the Consultative Panel and will delete it once you are no longer a member. If you are not happy for us to hold and use your information in this way, you can let the Secretariat know at any time (by email to vicki.gibbon@newforestnpa.gov.uk, phone to 01590 646647, or by post to Vicki Gibbon at the NPA’s offices at Town Hall, Avenue Road, Lymington, SO41 9ZG). However, please be aware that if you do so the organisation that you represent on the Panel will need to provide us with the contact details of an alternative representative in order to allow active membership of the Panel.
