CORPORATE RISK REGISTER AND COUNTERMEASURES

1 Summary

1.1 The corporate risk register has been reviewed and updated and is attached as Annex 1.

1.2 The risks associated with much of our annual work programme is monitored through the quarterly reports to RAPC using the traffic light system to monitor progress. The updated corporate risk register only includes those projects where the risk of not achieving them would have a significant impact on the Authority.

1.3 Updates which have been made to the risk register since the November 2025 RAPC meeting when it was last looked at by the Committee are shown in italic type.

1.4 The risk register is a standard agenda item for consideration and review at all Executive Board meetings and is reported to the Resources, Audit and Performance Committee every six months.
